About the Vacancy<\/p>\n

We are seeking a colleague to join our Cover Team.\u00a0 Experience is not the first thing we look for, we want the right person and will offer training to support their development into this role.\u00a0 Ultimately, the post holder will \u00a0both help to effectively manage the day to day cover in school and to supervise the classes of teachers who are unavailable for reasons including, meetings, training, trips and short term illness.\u00a0 This is a key role in our school and we seek to appoint someone who is able to communicate, inspire and support our students to achieve their goals.\u00a0 A commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and to continuous professional development should not be underestimated.<\/p>\n
