About Parks House

Parks House is named after Rosa Parks, the American woman whose simple gesture became an inspiration for the American civil rights movement in the middle years of the last century. Her refusal to give up her seat on a bus in Alabama stood as a symbol for those who wanted to bring racial segregation to an end.

Mr Kirk teaches English and joined the pastoral team in 2014. He enjoys quizzing and non-contemporary music.
