In summary:
Schools, trusts and local authorities can request mobile data increases for children and young people who meet all 3 of these criteria:
- do not have fixed broadband at home
- cannot afford additional data for their devices
- are experiencing disruption to their face-to-face education
When you have completed the form below we will cross check it against the pupil premium register and then, if appropriate, pass it on networks via the government’s form on your behalf.
NB: we are not in a position to offer technical support with mobile data. We will collect your request, check it and then pass it on. After this point you will need to direct all queries to your network operator.
